Class 4 Prime Mover Driver (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Operate trailer truck vehicles within or outside PSA’s terminals safely and efficiently.
• Must abid to PSA port, goverment or customer safety requipment especially PPE requirement
• Transport shipping containers/ cargos from one point to another (e.g Port, Customer permisses, deport, trailer park designatied workshop tempooary staging area, warehouses, carpark)
• Update delivery status timely and effectively following company’s workflow.
• Perform daily routine checks to ensure that the Prime Mover Truck and Tralier are clean and in serviceable operating conditions.
• Practise safe driving habits in compliance with PSA rules, all TP traffic laws, LTA regulations, and safety standards.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents to management promptly.
• Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Always adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Report to work timely and provide timely delivery
• Perform job related ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Able to commit to 12-hour shift works (Min 22 shifts per month)
• Competence in operating heavy vehicles
• Valid Singapore Class 4 / 5 driving license
• Have a clean personal record (e.g. no criminal records or ongoing police investigations)
• Have a clean driving record (e.g. no major traffic offences)
• Able to work on roster basis/working in public holiday/weekends.
• Full time position opens.
• Singaporeans/PR looking for freelance and part time is welcome to apply as well.
• No experience is welcome, on job training provided!!
