Introducing the Haulage Management Platform (HMP)
Since May 2020, Haulio has gradually rolled out the Haulage Management Platform (HMP) to our shippers, upgrading users from the Haulio Community Platform (HCP) to a brand- experience.
What's Different
1. Intuitive Dashboards
The new HMP is beautifully designed with intuitive dashboards for you to stay on top of your haulage operations.
Clearly see what you have, what you need to do, and what you’ve completed all-in-one view.
2. Delivery Locations
You can now set up instructions tagged to each delivery location. When the delivery location is selected while creating a new job, the instructions will be reflected automatically. Less manual data entry, more streamlined processes!
3. Partner with Old Friends
Prefer to work with your existing hauliers?

FAQ
1. I am a user of Haulio, but don’t see the new HMP user interface when I log in.
- The HMP is being gradually rolled out to our users in phases. If you still don’t see the changes, chances are it will reach you at a later date. Get in touch via support@haulio.io if you’d like to experience it immediately, and we will do our best to support you!
2. It’s been some time since I last logged in and I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it again?
- No worries! Go into and click on “Forgot password”. You will receive an email to reset your password.
3. Is the new Haulage Management Platform free of charge?
- The basic HMP is free of charge. However, enterprise features such as WMS/FMS integration will be chargeable. Get in touch if you’d like to find out more!
4. I’ve logged in and the system seems very unfamiliar. Do you have a guide or manual?
- Sure! Please download the latest guide here. If you have further questions, feel free to drop an email to support@haulio.io and we will respond to you promptly.
5. Is the Haulage Operations Platform (HOP) the same as the Haulage Management Platform (HMP)?
- The HOP is built for hauliers, while the HMP is built for shippers. Both systems are built for collaboration and have the same interface but difference processes. If you’d like to have your hauliers adopt the same system for seamless integration, feel free to get in touch as well!
