How do I register on Haulio?

Register for an account by clicking on the “Register” button on www.haulio.io. We will contact you within 48 hours to verify and confirm your account. For urgent requests, kindly email us at support@haulio.io.

Are there any fees involved during registration?

Nope, Haulio is free to register. There are no fees involved for you to use the platform.

Are there any insurance coverage for the jobs that I post on Haulio?

There will be no additional insurance coverage for jobs posted on Haulio. The standard trading terms apply as per Singapore Logistics Association with minimum liability capped unless otherwise requested separately. Please contact our friendly Community Officers for assistance anytime.

What are the Terms of Use or Standard Trading Conditions for Haulio?

Listed on our website and for your acknowledgement and acceptance upon logging on. You may request for a copy of it by reaching out to our team.

Haulio Community Portal (HCP)

How does Haulio prevent users from undercutting to my customers directly?

Haulio will not reveal key details of your customers. We will only share important job details that are deemed to be necessary for hauliers to accomplish the jobs. If there are further enquiries that hauliers require, Haulio will act as the intermediary, so there will not be any direct contact between hauliers and customers.

How do I know if I’m awarded a job on Haulio? How does your system work such that I will be able to bid for your jobs successfully?

Once you have responded to a job, our system will review and match the haulier that is most suitable. If the job has been assigned to you, we will receive a reply on the portal, with an email notification. Portnet will be released to you accordingly as well.

How do I register my trucks for PSA ITT jobs?

For registration of PSA ITT jobs, please kindly prepare the following information from your operations:

  1. Truck Vehicle No
  2. Trailer No
  3. Driver Details
  4. PSA Pass No

Billing & Invoicing

What is the billing information party & Credit Terms for the jobs?

Kindly address your invoices to Haulio Pte Ltd.

We prefer e-Invoices and hard copies are not required. Please email us a scanned copy of your invoices or attach them to the respective jobs via our Haulio Portal.

Should you wish to mail them out, please post to our registered address:

Standard Credit Term of 30 Days is applied.

Haulio Community Portal (HCP)

After I post a job, how long is the response time before I receive a confirmation that my job is taken?

The time it takes for a job to being taken up, is largely dependent on the supply available at that point in time. Our team will reach out to our users and get your jobs out asap. Our typical response time ranges between 5 minutes to 2 hours. Please release Portnet to Haulio once done.

How do I know if my job has been taken?

Once a job has been assigned, we will send you an email to notify you. You will then be able to track the status of your job on the Haulio portal: community.haulio.io

What is the average lead time that I must provide Haulio for my jobs?

While there is no good suggestion for the average lead time, jobs with at least 3-5 days lead time gets better responses from our hauliers. For last minute job enquiries, you would still be able to upload to our portal to be broadcasted to the hauliers. Our success rate stands at 98% till date.

How do I check on the status of my jobs?

Statuses of Jobs will be updated on the Haulio portal. You can login to check on the statuses via our Haulio portal: community.haulio.io

What are the documents that I need to prepare prior to posting a job?

You will require the standard import/export documents that you typically prepare for your existing hauliers to execute a Container Haulage job; Trucking Instructions, Customs Permit, B/L, Packing List etc. Portnet release is done manually offline via Portnet.

Can Haulio help to make payment on behalf for GST Permit or support with exchange D/O?

At this current juncture, Haulio is only assisting with matching your Container Haulage request to a specific haulier to fulfil accordingly. Haulio is unable to support the additional request above. For further enquiries and additional support, please contact our friendly Community Officers for assistance anytime.

What is the pricing like on Haulio? How much should I post my jobs at?

Haulio works as a free open market. You are free to decide on how much you would like to price your jobs, and hauliers will respond according to whether the job can be done at that price. Haulio has a separate module where we offer a fixed quotation for regular accounts with a volume, please contact our friendly Community Officers to enquire about this anytime.

How do I upload an attachment for my jobs?

After creating a job, you can attach any attachments and documents via the attachment button beside the chat on the right.

How does Haulio resolve any disputes on the ground with regards to additional standby, repair/washing fees incurred at depot etc.?

When there are additional charges, as informed by the hauliers, Haulio will pass on the information to the respective parties to verify prior to proceeding. The standard protocol of getting clearance for additional charges stands and will be aligned individually during our verification process. Who do we contact to liaise with for our jobs if there’s any issues? Is your “live chat” 24/7?

There is a live chat function in the jobs page for you to contact our Community Officers. Our chat works 24/7 but responses will be delayed during non-office hours. You may still contact our friendly Community Officers or our Haulio hotline for assistance anytime for any urgent matters.

How will I get invoiced? Do we liaise directly with the haulier we’ve engaged through Haulio?

You will be receiving the Invoice from Haulio. Therefore, you will only have to deal with Haulio with regards to billing issues. Once the job has been completed and all charges has been finalised, our finance team will be sending you an invoice within 14 working days.

Method of Payment to/from Haulio

Our preferred mode of payment is via Bank Transfer (Paynow for Corporate). Alternative modes to pay Haulio will be via cheque to be posted to our registered address: 3 Harbour Drive #02-00 Singapore 117404
