- Run qualitative studies such as field observations, user interviews, workshops
- Run quantitative studies such as surveys and user analytics reports
- Analyze competitor platforms, industry and market trends
- Documentation of research findings for internal alignment and collaboration
- Work closely with in-house Design Team to refine existing solutions and processes
- Work with respective country’s product team (PM, Dev, QA) to implement solutions and improvements
Requirements:
- Have worked in a UI/UX/Product design role for at least 2 years.
- Experienced in doing user research and documentation.
- Well-versed in conducting field observation and discussion facilitation.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, spoken and written
- Good communication skills to encourage collaboration across stakeholders
- Skilled in prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
