- Achieve sales targets and conduct analysis of the details of the business for each customer to find ways to increase sales, such as selling more products to existing customers, and finding new customers.
- To take care the customers in Import/Export, Cross Border Transportation and Domestic Transportation.
- To gain more new customers and manage the existing customers.
- To prepare quotations for customers.
- To achieve the target/budget assignment.
- To visit customers regularly as per Sales policy and submit reports on time
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
- Creating informative presentations; arranging meetings and carrying out product demonstrations to clients
- Creating and maintaining a list database of prospect clients; maintaining the database of prospective client information
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Collaborating with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
