Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact in Batam, Indonesia
- Managing the team’s operations and admin
- Mentoring team members
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Taking on some shipper accounts
- Plan for coverage of duties among team members
- Responsible for the performance of team
Requirements:
- Degree and above in Supply Chain Management or in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally 3 years of experience as a team lead
- Good foundation in written and spoken English
- Added advantage to start work immediately
